@hb3 A YouTube named celamarr has these 30-45 minute videos and I can’t stop returning to them, I’m obsessed with her videos! My favourite is her 45 minute killer leg day video

@hb3 Definitely MadFit’s videos! I used to train with the workouts from the Nike app before and Sport used to be burden. Then I discovered MadFit and ever since I’ve fallen in love with doing sport. Her dance workouts are fun and can be challenging, she does all kind of workouts and really guide you through the exercises. Somehow I can’t get myself to try out other fitness influencer videos. I’ve tried Pamela Reif before, but I’m not a big fan of her workouts. They don’t challenge me and are not as fun as Madfits (in my personal opinion)

@hb3 I have taken great comfort in tae bo this year. It started as weird nostalgia and I was doing the old ones, but he’s also put out some new ones during covid and I love swapping him in a time or two per week for some quick and effective cardio, mixed with my typical programming.

@vaseman I haven't seen her videos before, and I just looked at her most popular dance workout. Definitely going to try them out!! Seems like such a fun time.
