My hamstring/pike compression is much better than it was a year ago, so I think I'm ready to start working toward my V-sit.
The thing is, I'm realizing I don't have the motivation to work on it diligently like I did for the L-sit. Maybe if I start a 30-day challenge for all of us to work on our goals, it would help all of us stick to our goals. What do you think? Yay or Nay?
