6 Months update

@bearring Good progress mate. How do you feel on 1500kcal? Last summer I cut on 1660 kcal for like 4 months and felt miserable haha. I bulked this winter again and now I'm on 1900 and going steadily down and it helps not to lose muscle with high protein
 
@jesusdudecoolguy I have been pretty low energy whilst at work for sure, I would workout at night after I had eaten so I had my most energy. If I do the workout 3x a week plus skating though I should be able to up it to 2,000 and still be dropping weight.

I'm finding it tough to up it now though. It feels like i gotta fit another entire meal in haha
 
@bearring Thats why you up it by like 100 kcal for a week or something similar and so on. Basically just a few bites in. And it helps track and keep steady progress and getting used to everything, and keeping healthy eating habbits if you have issue with that.
