@aramar OP, balik ka sa goals mo. Iyong target body mo. Pero be kind to yourself pa rin. I mean if 5x a week ka before, baka puwedeng 2-3x a week muna.
@aramar I just go to the gym. Nothing more to it, malakas ulan? Baon sapatos and maglakad papunta gym ng naka tsinelas haha ayoko kasi magsayang pera sa gas and parking.
Don't get me wrong, sobrang tempting na manatili nalang sa bahay at maglaro at kumain. Pero mas sayang ang di mag improve physically habang kaya pa ng katawan natin.
@aramar Been going to the iron temple for 10 years. It’s always been raining this time of the year so it’s kind of anticipated. It’s all the same for me.
@aramar Workout from home ako sabay lang sa Youtube videos plus dumbbells for a bit more challenge. In fair, I felt way better when I did that! The cold, sedentary weather gave me body pains everywhere and felt so damn sluggish
@aramar Wfh here. Gym is walking distance pero pag maulan nagjjeep nalang ako. I kinda like the feeling of pushing your muscles to the limit aka I love what I do it kaya naging regular part na ng schedule ko umaraw man / umulan.
@mb72384 Ako naman walking distance lang talaga yung gym but super hassle lang na maulan. Kaya di ko din tanggap magdrive and pay parking. Thanks for sharing!
@aramar Im not alone!!! It's been mentally tough! And yeah I'm not gonna make excuses, I've been a pussy these past few weeks. It's like the 3rd week I've said that this is my last rest week lol.
@aramar Walking distance lang ako sa gym so tatiming lang ako na walang ulan tapos gora na agad sa gym. Ang problema ko lang minsan ay kapag need ko na umuwi ay umuulan pa hahahaa kaya ayon treadmill muna lol
@aramar Baliktad tayo pero the main difference is I exercise at home lang so I don’t have to worry about the commute. Nung summer ako nagstop kasi sobrang init, tipong nakakahilo. Ngayon na lumamig yung panahon almost everyday na ako nakakapagworkout.
