@alexandervrc It may be a lot of things, like sleep apnea, long covid... Check your b12, iron and thyroid just in case, but I doubt the issue comes from here. It looks like you're not recovering properly during your sleep (sleep apnea?). Make sure you eat whole grains and not too many refined grains, and not too much oil (add nuts/seeds instead). But again I dont think the issue comes from here.
Edit: about iron, it's more common for athletes and females to have deficiencies. Nettle can be a good source of iron.
