Stuck in a hotel room for 2 weeks. No equipment, only food options are takeout/microwave. Review my fitness plan?

@chibimaddy i can't leave the room - i can order groceries, and i do have a bar fridge and a microwave.

I don't think I'll be able to order large equipment, but someone mentioned resistance bands which i ordered last night (although I don't know how to use them)

Superman pushups (or holds).

Suitcase lunges and squats (put everything in the suitcase!)

Copy a tai chi video but do it extra deep/wide.

Shadow boxing. Or get your partner to hold a pillow. Or plank one arm, punch bed with other.

Make it up. I just did.
 
@totalimmortal I like to do a little something every hour when I'm stuck in a hotel room. Just push yourself hard daily, drink lots of water, get good sleep, and don't eat after 6:30pm (I noticed huuuuge gains when I stopped eating past 6:30). I go to bed around 10:30.

Pushups, lunges, squats, planks, burpees, FAST walking. That's all you need to get ripped!
