@childofgod222 I’m 5’3”, 148 pounds. My maintenance is 1500 or thereabouts. I always calculate at sedentary even though I work out for an hour every day. It’s hard to ensure you’re in deficit when 50-100 calories can screw you over lol, so I tend to overestimate slightly on what I eat and not include my exercise, hoping it’ll all even out and I’ll still be in deficit day to day. I’m on a weight loss journey so I eat at 15-20% deficit currently while trying to stay at or slightly above 1300 calories tracked, usually about 90-100g protein.
