@vitaris Whats the change in your life which makes it worth it?
@589 Was academically smart, a weak kid growing up.
People used to pick me up a lot.
The objective was to get stronger and dangerous.
I do MMA in combination with lifting now.
More than enough to handle them now.
@vitaris Great job brother. Keep going.....
Pls share your meal and trg plan to help fellow travellers in their journey
@vitaris Most excellent, & much appreciated, thx. I'm curious - 150 g sea food every dinner is canned fish like sardines etc?
@meikor Nope.
I get fresh prawns, or indian salmon, some sort of this.
@vitaris First pic says it
Second pic proves it
Keep it up bro aabhi bhi rasta lamba he rukna nahi he bas
@vitaris Good job. Stay on point and retain those gainz!
@vitaris How are you able to get so much carbs with little fat?
I'm in the same boat as you were 3 years ago,
I'm able to hit my protein target but not carb target without going overboard in fat
@kevadun You will gain some fat. A strong believer of Bulk/Cut.
I read somewhere - "To transform you need 3-4 bulk/cut cycles".
Was absolutely true for me.
