@shawnmcg I should be getting my 62 pounder and weighted jump rope in the mail today and planned on starting this challenge tomorrow! I loved reading through your experience so far!
@shawnmcg Inspired by your post i also started this chalange. I own 16kg kettle bell only, and I'm doing lots of other sports (gymnastics and bjj) so i started to calmly introduce this. Did test workout last week (only round 1, but instead of presses i do chin ups) was sore for 2 days, then yesterday i did 3 rounds, tomorrow will complete 5 and if all is good, will start 20 excersize cycle. In am about to finish 100 push ups a day for 30days chalange in two days.
