Mark Rippetoe's chin-up protocol for fixing Golfers Elbow

@kristydragonfly I'm no expert, but, the point on the Rippertoe's is resting from chin ups/allowing the inflammation to do its thing on the forearm, not from things like legs and core. Of course, doing, say, deadlifts with elbow tendinopathy is, at very least, hard.

That being said, isolation work is way better
