@childofgod222 I have absolutely no idea. Back when I was tracking I was maintaining at about 1850-2250 (varied by day, usually fell on the upper end of that range).
@childofgod222 I work part time and have an active afternoon with the kids, around 10 000 steps, I weight around 135 lbs and maintain around 1900 kcals
@childofgod222 My maintenance was 2000, I'm 5'1. Atm, I'm on a starting deficit of 1800 now though. Edit: I'm also a nurse so I get my 10k steps daily and 15k+ plus on work days.
@childofgod222 111lbs mid cut right now. Maintenance is 2200/2300. Lift 4 days a week, 1 day of cardio only and an office job. I get 8-10K steps per day.
@childofgod222 5'3 (and 3/4!) 125lbs. I'm somewhat lazy, sedentary desk job but otherwise I hardly sit down. Lift full body 3x a week and do pilates and minimal cardio. Maintenance is 1600
@childofgod222 I maintained at 1400 calories when I did not go to the gym consistently and only did walks. I WFH, so walking outside is probably equivalent to what folks in the office walk lol. Once I started going to the gym consistently, it was 1700-1800.
@childofgod222 I am 5’3 and 165. Maintenance for me is around 2000 to 2200 calories. I try to go to the gym 5 days a week and on non gym days I eat a little less as I know I am not burning as many calories.
@childofgod222 5’0 and I’m at 110 but I’m also 30. From 21-26 I stayed at around 100-105 lbs. I barely walk since I work from home but I would also love to know the ideal miles and calories I should be doing/consuming weekly to lose weight/for maintenance
@childofgod222 I'm 5'3" and 26, currently I'm sitting at 155lbs. I wear a Garmin smart watch that tracks my heart rate and stress throughout the day and it puts me at around 2100 during an active day where I'm working and walking alot, then a strength training workout and a 20 minute stair climber. 1700 when at rest, days where I maybe take a 3 mile walk
