Update: 24 mos of bwf- - M/36/5’10
@rkenoke Hello! I am new and just joiend this subreddit hoping to get some workout routines to start with. May I ask what bwf and rr is?
@pilgrimwb BWF - is bodyweightfitness
RR - recommended routine (check it out under routines in the subreddit tab)
if you're brand new to working out I'd say start with the primer but if you're already fit hop into the RR.
Also check out the rr on youtube. Lots of walkthrough's there. good luck mate!
@rkenoke Fuckin Christ you look good for 36 bro keep it tf up
@rkenoke Well done! posts like these motivate me to work harder!
@rkenoke Just saw your 35 year old progress post. Nice to see you keep at it. Congrats on the progress
@rkenoke Amazing, I'm almost 2 months in being consistent.
The best part of your change is your face, you can see the confidence
@rkenoke I don't know if anybody will see this but what is RR?
@rkenoke Awesome results! Eating in a surplus?
@lebom not tracking my macros. just eating clean and until I'm full.
@rkenoke Great job! I don't understand how people end up looking so good. I've been doing this for about 2 years as well, not a vegetarian but only eating healthy. I still look terrible, dunno what the point is anymore.
@rkenoke what's a straddle ring row v a normal inverted row (weighted, foot on stool, whatever)
@lynna Straddle ring row is when you have your legs in a V instead of tucked.
@rkenoke So legs elevated, straddle leg instead of a front lever row, essentially?
