@jimjam I need to find this Arnold split. I have long arms and while they have definition, they need more. Filling out long levers is a serious challenge so training needs to be specific like you’re talking about.
@jimjam Absolutely not wtf. That's like saying men shouldn't train glutes and legs. Last I checked there were no gender restrictions on splits. Maybe he owns the forum because that's all he does: Stay at home and tell people who actually workout how to workout.
