@wildcatjim2014 I think back-to-wall handstand should be between stomach-to-wall and freestanding.

Also, not sure if this matters, but chinups are a good alternative to pullups when you can only do a couple pullups, you might get in the right rep range with chinups instead.

I disagree. I think back-to-wall handstand isn't necessary.

Chinups are when your hands are gripped with knuckles facing away, Pullups are when your knuckles are facing towards you. They aren't the same; chinups are easier.
 
@wildcatjim2014 This is brilliant. It's so easy to follow and understand, even for someone new to the idea of bodyweight fitness. Great start. Table is kinda wonky on my iPad but it's still legible/usable.
