@faetalesprincess See Kris Gethins DTP programming. Low weight high reps high sets. Only 1-2 exercise per body part. It basically shocks the body and gives higher gains in short term. It’s good to break monotony but only works for 4 week program. Results are counter productive beyond that.
@faetalesprincess 36 sets? I guarantee by set....... say..... 15 you're just on autopilot going through the motions. Waste of time, energy and risking injury.
