Petite Fitness Challenge Round 30: the holiday race (but not really)!

@lyso Hello I’d like to join! F22 5’1 CW 154 GW 132 in next 3 months.
I go to the gym 3-6x a week, focus is to lose fat and build muscle to look leaner
 
@lyso Hi! I'd like to join! F, 26yo, 5’1”, CW 170, GW 130ish lbs. My exercise routine fell by the wayside since starting school, so I currently don't have one. Plan is IF + CICO, increasing activity in my day and 30 min exercise 3x/wk.

Goals:
  1. Build up my running endurance, starting with a 5k and eventually being able to run a half marathon.
  2. Do my physical therapy exercises at least 3x/wk.
  3. Fit into my favorite old clothes again!
 
@lyso Would love to join please if there’s still room! 4’10.5” CW: 103 GW: 100. Currently strength train at home and aim for 15k steps a day (mix of outdoor walks and on the treadmill at home with weighted vest on max incline). Looking to recomp so not completely tied to my goal weight.

Goals: To grow lats, back, glutes and be able to do a proper tricep push/Chaturanga Dandasana

Currently doing CG's EPIC program and yoga/pilates on rest days :)

CW: 170lbs. GW: 164lbs. I want to kickstart my weight loss whilst building strength. Will be hiking most days and hoping to incorporate some strength training, building up to 3x a week.

I’m 5’4 CW: 135lbs GW:125lbs.

Goal is to lose fat while gaining muscle. Focus on Pilates and building core strength. Will be a challenge as I am travelling a lot over the next month so want some accountability.

CW: 149lbs GW: 115lbs

Goals: lose 1-1.5lbs a week and do 10 pullups without stopping (I'm at 6 in a row right now).
