Sunday Show Off + AMA Announcement: Daniel Vadnal of FitnessFAQs will be answering questions on December 21st!

@groo101 Yeah--usually when I see single-leg squat progressions described, the shrimp squat is said to be harder than the pistol. So I was surprised that they are quite a bit easier for me (I can do it on each leg without a counterbalance, while I can only do the pistol on my strong leg and only with a counterbalance)

@groo101 Hi Danial, I am from India.
I am studying BPT(Bachelor of Physiotherapy)first year..
I am a calisthenics and maxalding enthusiast..
I see that the modern physiotherapy techniques are screwed up..Modern machinery and going to gym seems like an business..I think that modern medical field is growing on the basis of profit and not on basis of providing help..
I see you as my role model because i am walking on the same way on which you are walking now!
But what do you plan to do further.., how will you apply wisdom of calisthenics training to physiotherapy and rehabilitation?
I am currently thinking on this topic..and any ideas from your side would be great to hear..
Great wishes from India and Thank you for this opportunity.
I would love to be in your contact..

Dhairya
(from India)
