@groo101 Haha my diets not very strict tbh. I just eat lots of salad, pasta, rice, oatmeal and milk. And yeah all beginner routine. I think im just an "easygainer"
 
@dawn16 The lighting, flexing, beginner gains and pump definitely helps. Ive been able to take some pretty dramatic pictures. That said, mega congrats on sticking to the routine for over a month! I've been all FAQ routine & yoga for 8 months now and its freaking incredible. Keep it up!
 
@dawn16 It's the "beginner gains". .. I too made a very noticeable aesthetic transformation in my first six months and it's slowed since then despite still gaining strength. Great job nonetheless!
