Do you have other bodyweight fitness accomplishments you've made and want the world to know about because your friends and family can't appreciate how hard L-sit progressions are??
This is the thread for you to share all that and inspire others at the same time! I'm talking about another S-S-SU-SUNDAY SHOW OFF!!
Note that we aren’t limiting you to what we're discussing on the FAQ. Show us anything that blew your mind the moment you realized you had it. This may include aspects of: gymnastics, climbing, parkour, weight loss/gain, posture, etc. They are all more than welcome in this thread.
We also want to remind you that we've been sharing your content on @redditbwf on both Instagram and Twitter. Help us grow our sub's social media in order to reach out to non-Redditors across these other platforms!

- /@ukubird showed off a straddle L on a capped pole and made huge improvements to his pike. But his biggest achievement from the other week was this 50 second freaking handstand! Keep it up brotha!
- Muscle Beach Mod /@fromgenesistorevelation is feeling super solid in his elevated planche leans and can feel completely balanced when doing ring shoulder stands.
- /@amadeois managed a muscle up from front roll on the rings after messing around with this for weeks.
- /@nsummer12 is a 30 year old with a body of a 21 year old. He shared this recent picture of him, a result of about 3 years worth of discipline to fitness.
- /@courtreim hit a new record for his freestanding handstand at around ~80s, but when he went to go record, he only managed to hold it for about ~53 seconds. Still freaking awesome man! He is also very near getting his front splits all the way down to the ground and was messing around with rocking straddle presses.
- /@jermayn has been a beast with his L-sit gains, popping up into them like nothing.
- /@silas1325 was training in Austin, finding out she has great over splits and has been motivated to do more floor work. She also had a photoshoot and can get her toes to her head on the lyra!
- /@tinysmallest started Rings Two by Gold Medal Bodies two weeks ago and now has this legit back lever.
- /@chloekelley was visiting Santa Monica from Canada and photographed this ring L-sit. He could have had an opportunity to meet with /@fromgenesistorevelation but was too shy! Never be shy with the Nice Mod guys!!
- Our capoeira brother /@chadwick90 submitted this sick video of him doing handspins.
- /@michaelphemo shared how Bondi Beach was the location for the Australian Final of The World Street Workout Champs through this awesome Instagram video.
- Last but certainly not least, one of the Gold Medal Bodies Trainers, /@porcelainblue, submitted this video of him doing Hawaiian squats after a bouldering session. He makes them look super easy.
- /@eternitysdream moved up from 6-6-6 pull-ups to 7-6-6, thinking this is not a lot, but we're damn excited for him!
- /@mowo got back into the gym for the first time after recovering from a neck injury, doing a full workout and feeling great. He also went running with his 8 year old, hitting 3 km the other week. They're both trying to get to 5 km.
- /@hannahjoy773 can finally do squats with heels together and is hoping to get to one legged variations soon!
- /@perez1001 has progressed pull-ups from 3x5 to 3x8 over the course of two weeks. He also got down a chicken wing muscle up and is starting to do L-sits pretty well! These are nothing to sneeze at man, keep up the great work!
- /@docskeptic is doing one arm pushups on the floor now, working on the form, but has the strength to get there!
