@lostsoul2010 It's still quite impressive! But it's also great that you can spot where your weaknesses are and have it recorded for you to reference. To an untrained eye like me, I wouldn't have been able to tell that this was subpar. Now I'm expecting a follow up video when you master this!
 
@ansres Wow, and I just saw your more recent handstand video too. You're darned amazing Stephanie! How long have you done yoga vs. other bodyweight fitness stuff?
 
@groo101 Thanks! I've been doing yoga daily for the past 9 months, before that just distance running. I don't have any routine really, I go to Bikram and Power Flow classes 3-5x week and have a personal practice daily of 1-2 hours of arm balances, backbends and other flexibility work. I've only really started to do a lot of handstands in the past 3-4 months.
 
@jazrielle I think I can really appreciate the difficulty in this because I know what it's like to do pull overs on unstable bars, though not quite as unstable as the trapeze. This is freaking awesome!
