5'6 F 190 lbs, generally in terrible shape
How's this for a first workout in years? (Im considering repeating this in a few hours, but dont want to overdo it)

-15 single calf raises (each leg)
-100 wall Push-ups
-10 second Plank
-15 single calf raises each leg
-20 second wall sit
-1 min butterfly
-60 wall push ups
-15 second Superman
-30 second wall sit
-15 single calf raises
-15 second Plank
-60 wall push ups
 
@freshlive This is a great start! Why don't you try this and monitor how you feel throughout the rest of the day and next day? I would suggest you start walking! Whatever length you're comfortable with whether it be outside or on a treadmill or just around your residence. Walking is a highly undervalued form of exercise!
