BWF Primer Build-up Community Event: Day 14 (Final Day!)

@dontdosadness Hi I am starting the 15th day and was thinking I would like to add 3 sets of both 1min top position hold on the dip bars as well as Hanging from the pull up bar. Would this be counter productive? If not where would be best to add these into the routine? Is skill day fine to add on my off days?
