BWF Primer Build-up Community Event: Day 9

@dontdosadness In the first few days there were comments from folks that started two or three weeks ago. Nowadays it's mostly 2+ year old comments...

@dontdosadness It’s 10pm on the east coast right now. I was not going to work out today. But as it got closer to 10.. i started telling myself that if i did not work out.. i was going to sabotage myself. I know the chain of events. First I would have taken tonight off. Then i would take a few days off. Then i would given up entirely. So i rolled my exercise mat out, hung a sheet over my door, and did the damn thing. and i feel so much better now :)

While certain rep ranges bias towards certain adaptations, all of the listed qualities are all developed to varying degree at most rep ranges (THIS IMAGE ILLUSTRATES THIS CONCEPT PERFECTLY) (THIS OTHER IMAGE DOES SO AS WELL).
