@ouidahanery Try doing side planks to start feeling them. You can even do them assisted, so you better know how your obliques feel. That helped me when i got into the deadbug.
 
@dontdosadness Can anyone post links, other guides, mostly the visual ones cuz i dont understand the dead bug conscept should i contract my abs or no and what does get your ribs closer means
 
@dontdosadness Is the 10 seconds in 1 rep of deadbug spent as 10 seconds without air or does it include the time you spend blowing out the air? Because blowing out the air can take 10 seconds in itself.
